High-performing sites are boring in structure and brave in voice. The skeleton is always the same: promise, proof, product, path.

The promise is one sentence above the fold. The proof is specific — numbers, names, logos. The product shows itself working. The path is one obvious next step per screen.

Bravery lives in the voice and the visuals, never in the structure. Visitors should be surprised by how it feels, not by where things are.
