What Makes a Modern Website Successful
Speed, clarity and a point of view — the three things we audit first.
Every audit we run starts with the same three questions: how fast does it load, how quickly does a stranger understand what you do, and does anything here feel like you?
Speed is the cheapest win. Most sites we inherit carry double the JavaScript they need; trimming it pays for itself in conversion before any redesign starts.
Clarity is harder, because it is a writing problem, not a layout problem. The hero line should survive being read aloud to someone outside your industry.
A point of view is the rarest. Templates made everything correct and identical — the brands that win in 2026 are the ones willing to look like themselves.
